Praise The God And Father

1 Peter 1

Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Who in His great mercy has raised us to life.
Born anew to living hope
We his sons inherit.
Blessings he reserves for us
Here and in Heaven.

Let us bear with patience the trials the Lord foretold,
For faith that endures is more precious than gold.
Jesus, come and make our lives
Worthy of Your calling;
May our days sing out your praise,
Glory and power.

To God the Father, the Son, the Spirit praise
The king of all ages, the “ancient of days”.
Blessing, honour, glory power
Shout the ranks of heaven
And on earth His church replies:
Your kingdom come.
