We give thank to you, O Lord, as we call upon your name.
We recount your glorious actions and praise your name.

At a time that God has set, he will judge the earth with power;
and his judgement shall be righteous, and he shall reign.

Though the nations reel and quake, yet God’s judgement shall remain.
Though the earth may shake and tremble, God’s power sustains.

Do not boast or speak of power, though you order life’s affairs;
for all might and power, dominion, with God remains.

Not from East, or from the West comes authority and might;
but ‘tis God who sits in judgement. His will is done. Amen, amen.
