To You O Lord [Psalm 25]

To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul;
I trust in you, O my God.
For those who trust you, you will sustain,
And they shall not be put to shame.

Remember not the sins of my youth
And my rebellious ways, O Lord.
According to your love, remember me;
For my hope is in you all day long.

Teach me your ways and show me the paths
That I, your servant, must take.
Guide me in truth, Lord; lead me, O God,
According to your gracious love.

Good and upright is the Lord,
He guides the humble in righteous ways,
And sinners he instructs in righteousness.
Grant us Lord to walk in all your ways.

Turn to me, Lord; be gracious to me,
For I am troubled with fear.
Free me from anguish, grief and despair;
And loose my tongue to sing your praise.

The Lord confides in those who fear him;
To them he makes his purpose known.
I lift my eyes to you, O Lord, my God.
May I live to glorify your name.
